Review by hotel critic
During my recent stay at Campanile, I was pleasantly surprised by the culinary innovation showcased at their restaurant. The creative French menu, inspired by nature, changes with the seasons-an aspect I found intriguing as a marine biologist keen on sustainability. I had the opportunity to savor a well-balanced meal crafted in collaboration with renowned Chef Zhuang Yuliang. Each bite revealed surprising local flavors, especially during the enticing all-you-can-eat buffet. The dining atmosphere was conducive to lingering, allowing me to truly appreciate the artistry of the dishes. While breakfast did not match European standards-with the exception of delightful croissants-it was a solid start to the day, made better by the friendly, attentive staff. Campanile offers a unique culinary experience worth exploring for food enthusiasts visiting the area.
